Mandy Moore’s family is growing. The actress and singer took to Instagram to share the news that she is expecting her third child with husband Taylor Goldsmith.

“Sometimes life imitates art,” she wrote in the caption of an image of her two children. “The third in our own Big Three coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister.”

The “Big Three” is a reference to This Is Us, the NBC drama that Moore starred in from 2016 until 2022. In the show, she is the mother to twins Kevin and Kate and adopted son Kendall; the threesome are given the nickname the Big Three.

Moore and Goldsmith, a musician, married in 2018. The pair are already parents to Gus, born in 2021 and Ozzie, born in 2022. As young parents in Los Angeles, the pair formed a friendship with fellow L.A. celeb-parents Hilary Duff, Ashley Tisdale, and Meghan Trainor.

“Hilary is the coolest and she is a super-mom,” Moore told InStyle back in 2022. “She and Matt have become really close friends with my husband and I. But they have a kid who’s six weeks younger than Gus. And so, we had babies at the same time and she, being the super-mom that she is, formed a cool mom club.” Duff welcomed her fourth child earlier this month, so Moore and Duff may be able to help each other out as new moms once again—seems like the cool mom club is still going strong!

Several weeks ago, Moore took to Instagram, sharing a tribute to “all those who mother” for Mother’s Day.

“I salute you today and always (especially my mom, stepmom, mother in law and community of mom friends I stand in awe of),” she wrote. “It’s the greatest club and truly the most exhausting and exhilarating job I’ve ever been lucky enough to get to do. Thanks to Gus and Oz for choosing me.”
